General de-clutter or organization
$60/hr
Our De-Clutter and Organization service goes beyond tidying—we help you understand the root causes of clutter and create personalized systems that work for you. Whether it's a packed linen closet, an overflowing garage, or a forgotten storage unit, we treat every space—and every person—with care and respect. We’ll work with you to reduce excess, sort what matters, and even separate items that can be sold, donated, or repurposed. It’s not just about cleaning up—it’s about creating lasting peace of mind.
+We offer additional assistance with photographing items and helping you list them for sale. Prices for this can be paid at a flat hourly rate, or commission-based percentage.
Packing and Unpacking
$60/hr
Our Packing and Unpacking service is more than just boxing things up—it’s about doing it with organization and purpose. We systematically address each room, helping you categorize and store items in a way that makes sense for your life and your space. By packing thoughtfully, we make unpacking seamless, ensuring your new home is set up with intention, efficiency, and calm from the start. Maximize space, minimize stress, and settle in with ease.
Hoarding Clean-up
$1 per sq/ft +
$35 per hour (depending)
Hoarding cleanup costs can vary widely. Factors that get taken into consideration are the scope of the hoarding, hazardous material, bulk item removal, equipment rental, etc. We will work with you on creating a price point and plan that works best for both parties. + Post-hoard cleanups can be scheduled for bi-weekly or monthly single or re-occurring visits. Price is determined based on time/severity.
